Dahl Engineering was founded by Claus Dahl Pedersen, who has more than 20 years of experience in the field of development, safety testing and production of seats and safety equipment for the automobile industry.

Dahl Engineering is a specialised  business enterprise that offers development, safety tests and production of various special products and equipment for private cars, vans, buses, racing cars, vehicles for the disabled, ambulances, police cars, military vehicles as well as aids and appliances for handicapped persons.

In 2005 Dahl Engineering erected Denmark`s only test facility for dynamic sled tests (crash tests), a hydraulic tensile testing facility, a prototype workshop and production facilities for research, product development and manufacture.

Certification tests of products can be carried out in co-operation with recognised bodies such as TÜV Rheinland in Germany in accordance with EU directives and international safety standards in the area.

Dahl Engineering has specialised in the supply of certified equipment that is tested such that international safety standards and EU safety requirements in motor vehicles are satisfied. This applies regardless of whether the products are for disabled or non-disabled use – where this is possible – with due consideration of the design and function of the aid and appliance concerned.

Die Fa. Dahl Engineering wurde von Claus Dahl Pedersen gegründet der auf eine mehr als 20- jährige Erfahrung als selbständiger Unternehmer im Bereich Entwicklung, Sicherheitserprobung und Produktion von Sitzen und Sicherheitsausrüstung für die Automobilindustrie zurückblicken kann.

Unser Unternehmen hat sich auf Entwicklung, Sicherheitserprobung und Produktion verschiedener Ausrüstungsteile für Pkws, Lieferwagen, Busse, Rennwagen, Behindertenfahrzeuge, Krankenwagen, Polizeiautos und Militärfahrzeuge sowie Hilfsmittel für Behinderte spezialisiert.

2005 errichtete die Fa. Dahl Engineering die landesweit einzige Testeinrichtung für dynamische Versuche (Crash-Tests) sowie eine hydraulische Zugprüfungsanlage, eine Prototypenwerkstatt und Fertigungsräume für Forschung, Produktentwicklung und Fertigung.

Die Prüfungen zu ihrer Zulassung erfolgen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem deutschen TÜV gemäß der EU-Richtlinien und internationaler Sicherheitsstandards.

Das Unternehmen Dahl Engineering hat sich auf die Herstellung zugelassener Ausrüstungsteile spezialisiert, die mit der Maßgabe getestet werden, internationale Sicherheitsstandards und EU-Anforderungen in Fahrzeugen zu erfüllen – unabhängig davon, ob diese Teile je nach Konstruktion und Funktion von Personen mit oder ohne Behinderung verwendet werden.
