PARAVAN at the International Motor Show, Frankfurt
As part of the special exhibition –New Mobility World- at IAA in Frankfurt all G7 transport ministers have been informed about the Drive-by-Wire technology Space Drive II on PARAVAN booth. All members of G7-states were very impressed from flexibility, easy handling and high level security concept of our system (see attached photos). The transport ministers have announced on the IAA, that they are going to release new regulations in order to foster autonomous driving. The members of G7 states are Germany, Great Britain, USA, Canada, Italy, France and Japan.
For the first time on the IAA Paravan is presenting its absolutely unique Drive-by-Wire system Space Drive II, which is safe due to its triple redundancy and is road legal. Based on over 15 year experience and more than 6000 installed systems, our clients have driven more than 120 million kilometers in traffic using our Space Drive system. Since we provide the basis for autonomous driving in the form of our Drive-by-Wire system, Space Drive II is already being used very successfully by the global automotive industry and by OEM manufacturers in many vehicles and in prototype projects for autonomous driving.
The attached photos are showing some impressions of our appearance and successful launch on the show IAA. Among many visitors on our booth also was Chris Urmson, being responsible for the division –Autonomous Driving- at worldwide company Google. In detailed discussion he has got all information about modernist functions of our Space Drive II as the basic technology for autonomous driving.
Another highlight attracting the attention of many delegations from international automotive companies is our new developed intuitive touch panel with modernist software to dealing all secondary functions very comfortably. Together with our new voice control and our new developed Paravan App, Paravan is setting new standards for secondary functions in vehicles, which are unique in the world.
